Good morning everyone. It’s been a whirlwind few days. We had my mother in laws wake Thursday night, her memorial service on Friday, and drove to West Virginia on Saturday. We’re having her burial today.
I’m sitting outside the hotel having a smoke and cup of coffee, so I thought I’d check in with you delinquents.
As soon as she is laid to rest, we’ll be hitting the road back to Alabama.
The wife is an emotional wreck. She goes from laughing about some funny memory, to trying not to cry, to pissed off and ready to fight all n about 30 seconds. Rinse and repeat. I hate seeing her like this. All I can do is try to comfort her without getting my head ripped off and be supportive.
You guys stay out of trouble, and I’ll check back in when I can.
