From what I got out of the article, and the link to the In Her Hands website, this is all done via private donations - no government handout. I'm ok with that, as long as it's not derived from tax money. Curious how a similar program designed to give money to middle aged white men would go over - not that that's a very sympathetic demographic to try to raise money for lol.

But if it's all voluntary charity - that's exactly where help should he coming from.
 
At least they are saying it out loud now. I'm not sure if that's a good thing (they admit it) or a bad thing (they feel empowered enough to verbalize their evil).
