NEW: Woman violently attacked a teenager after being confronted for cutting in line at a California fair

'As soon as I confronted her, she was automatically very aggressive and very defensive'

The video shows 18-year-old Katherine Vang being choked by a woman who cut in line in front of her and her friends at the Big Fresno Fair on October 13

The woman is seen grabbing Vang's neck and shouting in her face while her children trying to pull her away

After the woman released her grip, Vang tried to take a picture of her, but the woman threw her phone to the ground

Vang and her friends had been waiting in line for over 45 minutes before the incident occurred

The woman's children later apologized for her behavior

Police identified the suspect and questioned her, but no arrest was made
 
Guys, Imma gonna post this here to keep it off the main board and I need to vent a bit. My sister's "visitor" has returned and is prowling our old homeplace so my sister is going to abandon her home because of police inaction. He was caught on camera this morning at 5ish AM local and it took over 2 hours for the Parrish Police to respond. I called the mayor today and had to leave a message and the police chief called me back, like he is the fucking mayor. I cussed him like a dog and pissed him off more by telling the truth. I am going down next week and am going to put a stop to all of this, no matter what. Fuck Parrish Alabama and their so called, 12 hour a day police force. They have been called over there three times, including once by me after I drove 500 miles to talk to them, and not one police report has been filed.

Did she fill out a No Contact Order on the guy and hopefully she is armed.

Just because it's a small department, does not mean it can't be run professionally. No excuse...

She is armed but pulling a trigger on a .32 would probably break her wrists. I grew up on that land and will be damned if I allow someone to run my sister off it. She is going to spend a week with my niece. The popo think they know who it is but won't act on a guy caught on camera on her front porch jacking off. I guarantee it ends by Thanksgiving.

That is what pisses me off. I understand they are not providing 24/7 coverage but when you can't even get a police report filed or talk to the mayor of a town of 1000 ... I am going to time my trip to a city council meeting at which point I will speak my mind and trespass all city employees from the property. Let anyone step on that posted land and they will spend the rest of their life there.

Hey I think you’re safe here as this board is private, but, if the police seize your devices and read these posts, it can be used against you in court. Please be extra cautious!!!

I will. Stating that I am going to exercise my rights is not criminal. Purple paint around a tree every 50ish feet is the same as no trespass signs. We know that a person is within his/her rights do defend his/her property from criminal trespassers in Alabama's stand your ground law. That guy has, for over a year, been caught and reported for jacking off in my sister's yard. Now they have video of his car and person and still refuse to act. Fuck them, I told them the last time what would happen if they refused to do their job ... I would have to do it for them. I am not in any way, shape, form nor fashion anti cop. But when cops refuse to even file a police report about a sexual predator, fuck them and the horse they rode in on. I have no problem going to comment about just that at a city council meeting.
