I got that it was a rhetorical device, but the answer to your rhetorical question with "Yes" is wrong. It takes three people to order a nuke strike, and three people to concur that the order is valid to launch the bird. I'm not sure about how the bomber crews work it though.

First off, he's NOT implementing project 2025. Secondly, he's not dismantling the government, he's shrinking it. That's a good thing, and a reason why many voted for him. He is doing it legally, as is his right, AND the will of the people. Thirdly, he's not a dictator, no matter how many times you parrot that absurdity.

I'm not happy with his choice as far as Oz goes but his choice for DOE is a temporary one as Trump has stated several times that he's doing away with the DOE.
Doing away with the department of education is a very bad idea...
