If you have never gone to a serious one. Make a point to. Have been to 3 of them in my life. Unfortunately none in the old country. But some great American ones.

Terrific tradition. Somewhere you can go and literally not know a person. By the time you leave you have 20 new FB friends and at least 1 wedding you are invited to. If you aren't asked to be in the wedding party itself lol.

My oldest brother was unfortunate enough to experience two while stationed in Wurzburg. I say unfortunate because he got either some really good or extremely bad hash and was never the same. He had a blast though.

Amazing. I am super jelly.

We went to one a couple years ago in a place called Frankenmuth MI. It is a town completely modeled after a Bavarian village. Literally left there as part of some guys wedding that I had never met before we went lol.

Was a great time. That place is home to America's largest Christmas store and a beautiful and clean down town district. If you are ever in thr MI and looking for stops. Highly recommend.
