Drank the last of my bottle of wild turkey Beacon last night, sipping on 1792 tonight

When I was in a college in the early 90s there was a bar that had live rock music on Thursday nights that served $1 Long Islands. They were strong AF. 5-6 would put you on your ass. Making it to 8am Friday classes were a bitch!

Well, they were $1 for a reason, Hadn't had one since, wouldn't be my first choice, but would if @Big 8 Rules was making it. lol

It’s one of these easiest cocktails to make. Equal parts everything. 3/4 oz of lemon juice, simple syrup, Bacardi, tequila, vodka, triple sec and gin. Shake with ice, strain into an ice filled tumbler, add a splash of Coke for color. Easy peasy.

Rye Infusers with Sazerac Rye. The flamed orange discs were duds though. It’s all about selecting the right oranges at the store and apparently I kinda suck at that.
