What are you eating?

20260323_133558.jpgSpinach, eggs, cucumbers, spicy pickles, bacon bits with balsamic vinegarette.

The wife made bacon while I was napping.

Gotta figure out how I want to eat it, prolly make a bacon sammich on sourdough with mayo, maybe a little mustard and pickles.

I'm cooking spaghetti for supper tonight which is an all day job, but it's worth the effort. Sometimes I just use a store bought sauce, but not today.
Well, my spaghetti was very good. The key to making a good sauce is focus on detail and time.

A friend of mine makes Sourdough bread and she gave me a loaf.

Hers is very good.. I don't bake bread. Bread is too delicious and too high in calories, so need to stay away from it most of the time.
Sourdough is healthier than white bread.

It is definitely more delicious. My friend has a culture from San Francisco. Her bread rocks. If I had that stuff around me all the time, I'd be the size of a house.

Toasted sourdough, pastrami, mustard and plenty of pickles with sea salt and pepper potato chips was lunch.

Damn good eats.

Just polished off 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese.....whipped cream cheese because it's (slightly) healthier than regular cream cheese.

The more you know!!!!
