What is everyone's go to cheap beer?

If that was the only beer in the world, I would quit drinking beer.

Natty Light was all the rage around here a few years ago so I thought I could join the club...... mistake .....something I never thought I’d say about a beer is I can’t drink a lot of that.....

I’m not picky, I’ll drink just about any beer. Shiner Bock is my usual, 805 if they don’t have it. In college, I bought mostly Keystone Ice if I was buying a twelve pack or more, or Miller High Life if I was just buying a 32oz. I like fancy beer, but I like cheap beer too.

On a side not, when I was stationed in Hawaii, a 12-pack of Milwaukee's Best cost $2.50 at the package store on base. Yeah, we drank a shitload of that stuff, all of it paid for with pocket change.

Back in the day, Milwaukee's Best was $5 a case on base. I couldn't afford it if the pay periods had 3 weekends so they were MD 20/20 ... i knew this year was screwed ... and a pack of generic Rolaids.

Back at the Class 6 at Riley, you could get a twelver of Yellow Bellies (Coors original) for $3.50. Didn’t touch the shit until off post tho.
