Whats for dinner?

so I decided to eat out of the fridge tonight,, meaning repurposing some leftovers,, I had two steaks and some potatoes left over from saturday,, now most times, when I get a recipe in my head, it usually does not turn out or taste like it does in my mind when I think it up lol..
but this one was spot on..
I made a gravy with an au jus packet,, then added a can of sliced mushrooms and a jar of roasted red peppers,, I let that boil for about 10 minutes to thoroughly heat the mushrooms,, then added two ribeyes cut into strips,, and topped with Provolone cheese,, into a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes and served over potatoes.. this was some count boys and girl.

I would have made Beef Stroganoff with those ingredients, add sour cream, mushrooms and egg noodles. However, I like your creativity. :)
 
Larry ... a buddy of mine and recent bachelor has gotten into cooking including making pizza from scratch. Two fubars in that pic ... first never use any cheese but mozzarella and second fubar was Larry needs to double the amount of pineapple on his pizza. D@mn you Larry!

I do a mix of mozz and sharp cheddar....it's good to switch it up.
 
At home....I get those Boboli pizza crusts.....load pizza sauce on it, mozz and 18 month aged shredded sharp cheddar, pepperoni, bacon bits and these jalapeno crunch thingies I put on my salads.....sooooooo good.
