Who is your best 3 loss team so far?

Damn, that is a tough one. I will have to think on that a bit ... I'm not sure if I need to load another bowl or let this one wear off. All of them has at least one head scratching loss.

Very tough question to answer any year, and this year I haven’t seen nearly as much CFB as I’d like. Hopefully we get some great bowl matchups out of that group.

FSU

But I’m biased.

3 losses by one score to teams ranked in the top 25. A win over a ranked LSU. Two blowout wins over inferior teams and a conference road win in a game the starting QB goes down midway through the first half

The only defense is that Levis was out, but good teams find a way to win.
I understand what a difference a stating QB, especially with his proven game day talent, means for a team but my default tiebreaker is always going to be H2H. Anything else is hypothetical. Not saying it is wrong, but it is still a hypothetical versus the actual box score.

Kentucky fans said before the season started that without Levis, they would be lost and average, at best. Jimmys and Joes, bro.

To answer the question from OP, first thing I would look at is, which 3 loss team will still be a 3 loss team at the end of the regular season. I might try and tackle that research later in the week.

I looked at the schedules and don't believe any of them will still be 3 loss come the end of the regular season. @NoleKing may be correct.

Probably not, but I think we’ll be a favorite in every game the rest of the way and I think we have a shot at running the table. Rivalry games are always different though.

I don't know that any of them finish as a 3 loss team. Obviously if they already have 3 losses there is some pretty big warts on each one.

I think ND is the most talented, but doesn't have the best coaching, I think KY is well coached but their remaining schedule, and talent isn't that great. I can go on and on.

I was thinking of it more of if they met on a neutral field against one another which 3 loss teams would be the best.

It has to be either FSU or ND. H2H on a neutral site it is a coin toss, IMO.
