So you're denying the grass an appropriate organic fertilizer? That's not very "democratic" of you.

A photo my boy sent me from Lake Tahoe. The only bummer is those mountains are short a lot of snow, but love the picture anyways.
Ha, no kidding. As I told my boy, good thing the fashion police weren’t around.Beautiful scenery. The grand daughter looks pretty darn warm for the most part but I bet her legs are kinda cold lol

Best I could do on short notice ... looking out the backdoor of the cabin right now. The ice on that lake is over 2ft. thick atm.@AlaskaGuy and @septimusgreen I bet you guys could post some breathtaking pictures from where you are at.
Speaking of spring. Time to get out into the yard and do stuff and all that. I got some of these cocksuckers that I'm getting rid of, but the trunks (or whatever you call them) are kinda stubborn.

I could try and yank them out with a chain tied up to the Sequoia tow hitch, but I'm not sure the ol girl has it in her. Any other suggestions? Dig it down a bit and take a chainsaw to them? Some other tool that isn't a stump grinder....cause no need for a stump grinder...? Call the ghostbusters?
****edit**** this is not my yard. just a pic I found on the internet to show the bushes. It's freaking after midnight here, so I didn't go out and take a pic lol
This or something similar might be easier to find at the rental shop. How much that sumbich cost to rent at General Rental? Cause I'd totally be down with destroying some stuff with that!!
Hmmm... kerosene and a match?

A brush mower. At Home Depot for $111 per day. It won't get the roots, but gives you an idea on cost. Go old school and swing a mattock to get roots up.
