I love a good brisket! But, it’s not bbq.Looks like dried out leather left in the Arizona sun.

They don't have BBQ......or good BBQ in Alaska.....Brisket isn’t bbq.
Brisket isn’t bbq.
You have great taste in Ukrainian women but not in food. Pineapple on pizza is communist.
Smoked BBQ moose says you're wrong. They don't have BBQ......or goof BBQ in Alaska.....
LOL.
Speaking of Ukrainian women the immigration fvcks are slow walking my future slavic cabin h0.You have great taste in Ukrainian women but not in food. Pineapple on pizza is communist.
Moose isn't bad as in its better than elk and/or deer. No gamey taste and big fat roast.Moose BBQ?
*Vomits*
You do realize that's not made in Texas, right?
And for the record, brisket although tasty as hell, is NOT bbq!
Vinegar and pepper pork, South Cackalacky version. I do like mustard based, South Cackalacky as well.

I absolutely agree with your 2nd sentence,, I've had Brisket at Franklins in Austin and it ranks in the top 5 of the best meals Ive ever eaten period.. I've had dry rub ribs at Rendezvous and the commissary in Memphis and they were both fantastic.. Ive eaten whole hog at Scotts bbq and pulled pork at Lexington,, incredible experience,,I voted KC of course. But honestly I’ve had bbq all over and I’ve found something I can like in every region.
Skip Bryant’s, other than for the history. SLAPs just won first place in brisket at the Jack Daniel’s World Championship this weekend. Jack Stack has the best bbq beans I’ve had. Chef J in the West Bottoms serves what many around here consider to be the best Texas-style brisket in the area. Harp’s in Raytown is supposed to be excellent but I think they are only open one day a week. Rosedale has great lunches. JoesKC is of course great as well. So many good to great joints around here.I absolutely agree with your 2nd sentence,, I've had Brisket at Franklins in Austin and it ranks in the top 5 of the best meals Ive ever eaten period.. I have yet to travel to KC,, its on the bucket list,, when I do, Arthur Bryants and jack Stacks is on my radar.

Good Q doesn't need sauce to cover it up.That would need extra sauce
I've paid for BBQ that was barely fit to eat, and wouldn't eat again if free, assuming other options are available.I'd say the best BBQ is free BBQ.
