Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm also glad I didn't write all that stuff for nothing. I wanted you to make it instead of handing it off to your wife, so you got the props, I hope you did that.

I tend to most of our cooking excepting for a few crock pot recipes that my wife enjoys making. She has some residual carpal tunnel issues so I assist her on those as well. I religiously stick to the recipes on my first attempt and adjust them on second attempts. I am going to try that one again and add some new potatoes into the mix to bulk it up a bit. BTW, I love cast iron Dutch Oven cooking and eventually do get recipes adjusted to that. I really do thank you for the recipe.

I havent had time yet to make it, been working a lot. However, It will no go in vain! Will post pics when I do.
