Any of you friends use beard oil?

Everybody in Idaho has a beard. I asked one guy at Nod's wedding and he said he just uses a good hair conditioner. I think @Nod4Eight may know about beard oil, though.
I use it. As dry and windy as it can be here, the weather strips the natural oils out quickly. You can also get some really good smelling ones, my favorite at the moment smells like coffee.

What kind of brush do you use? My beard is from 2 years of non trimmed growth … I will get it shaped every couple of months but not shortened … and it is full down to my nipples. I use a brush that my barber recommended 2024 reviews and it is oval, soft bristles and about the size of the palm of my hand(looks like a shoeshine brush) that does a great job of keeping it detangled yet does not remove natural oils/moisture so my beard stays soft. My best advice is to talk to an old school barber and spent $15 on a quality brush.
Hello. my beard is getting longer and scratchy (according to my wife) lol a friend of mine uses beard oil and loves it so I know there are a few bearded brothers on here. so do any of you guys or gals  use Beard oil or balms to help soften and control the chin hair?

My beard is around 10 inches long now. I use a good conditioner on it every day. (I'll be 58 in 3 weeks and it's full grey so it's very coarse.) I use a beard balm to keep it from itching my neck. I also use beard oil. So far, I've got the best results from Argan oil for keeping it as soft as possible. Hope that helps. Welcome to our world. Stick around and explore.
