Big Ten suspends Jim Harbaugh 3 games for Michigan's alleged sign-stealing scheme
The punishment is in response to Michigan staff member Connor Stalions allegedly running an illegal in-person scouting operation.

As much as I hate Michigan. And I think my record is pretty solid on that.
I think suspending him now was poor judgement by the B1G commish.
Either he has enough evidence to justify it and isn't willing to share it. Which has its own ethical issues. Or he is punishing someone and opening the door to potential issues depending on how games play out and the championship if it should not have happened.
There is no question that cheating happened. But everyone deserves a fair investigation of the facts.

Has there been any kind of formal hearing that's involved Harbaugh, his attorneys and the B1G or is this a January 6 Committee kinda thing?

Not with the conference or NCAA it seems. Hearing on the restraining order will be on Friday it looks like.
