Conference Realignment?

Found this floating in Gig Harbor

Love me some Gig Harbor. We used to take the boat over there and hit the Tides Inn bar. I believe that's where @batchaps4me daughter lives.

My daughter in law grew up in Gig Harbor and owned a house there when she married my son. They lived there for about five years before my son went active duty and had to move to Spokane. I loved it there and had a few brews and lunch at Tides End. It has changed a lot from when I was there, according to my DIL. When I was there, there was no chain fast food restaurants because the town wanted to keep the area quaint and "hippie free". Now it has built up, developed and changed to the point that my DIL calls it Northwest Seattle. She is really glad they cashed out when they did.

It would be the same for them as far as landing a decent size TV contract. BYU went indy and they lost a boatload of money.
Listening on the radio from work, they were talking about how Stanford is going to have a hell of time with $ on all those Olympians they produce with 27 different sports.

They deserve all the misery they get. Stanford was a big time Larry Scott proponent and they are the ones who were most vocal about not taking in the two Okie schools back in 2012 citing academics. That school along with Cal is a leftist cesspool.

We take who we want.

@Irishblooded best accept that. Prey.

Also, pray. Prey.
You guys are getting ready to lose your head coach in the next 5 years and have struggled with making the championship since NIL was finalized and Kirby left.

Not to mention. I think in a future that the ACC and SEC partner up. ND comes in that package.

There is an old saying. When God wishes to punish us. He gives us what we want. So careful there bro.

FSU can raise the potential 300 million buyout, I'm sure. As far as which they would prefer, SEC or B1G, IIRC, the SEC requires a unanimous favorable vote from sitting members in order to offer an invite. I'm not sure Florida will play along. As a Dawg fan, I'd love to see the 'Noles in the SEC. We already fight over SWGA recruits annually. Would love to have some on field results to use as ammo during those recruiting battles.

If ESPN wants it, Florida will play along IMO. There's too much money to let petty BS win out. Plus, it's not like FSU is going to be blocked from going to one of the P2 leagues. If the SEC turns them away, that's just handing a gift to their biggest competitor. Florida blocking FSU doesn't benefit them in anyway IMO.

Au contraire.

2020 and undefeated thru the chirus year. Struggle has been coaching. 21 and 22 it seemed the coaching of O and D wasn't up to par. Now we get to see what the new staff can do.

The first part of the first sentence is accurate. The rest is absurd.

And Saban will win multiple tithes before that 5 year retirement. The Emperor transcends.
