Hashbrown Casserole

Yep and when the waitress used to bring out the ketchup I would say no thanks this is not a steak.😎 She knows now not to bring it.

Plain and simple works best for a lot of things just have to know when to put the brakes on.
Actually, they are the only thing I put Heinz 57 sauce on... Another thing, wtf is with buying them?

Potatoes are cheap. Make your own fresh. I prefer home fries, but will do hash browns...

I was up your way a couple of weeks ago. Gonna be close again in July. Any chance I can buy you a beer?

It's a little twist on "Bearnaise" sauce ;)
Y'all are a bunch of culinary heathens.

Béarnaise sauce (/bərˈneɪz/; French: [be. aʁ. nɛz]) is a sauce made of clarified butter emulsified in egg yolks and white wine vinegar and flavored with herbs. It is considered to be a "child" of the mother Hollandaise sauce, one of the five mother sauces in the French haute cuisine repertoire.

I would postulate that 'beernaise' is a redneck version, made with beer and mayonnaise.
