Good morning everyone. Continuing with the drilling of anchors in the concrete slab to secure flashing and waterproofing this morning. Hopefully I get to start installing the new siding this morning.

Got my oil changed yesterday and they made me turn my lights on, of course I forgot to put them back on auto and now I have my battery charger connected and plugged in! Oh happy day!

Supposed to do my brake booster and master cylinder today. ordered both parts on the 10th. One got here the next day. the other......Label made.......no updates.......

Got one wall trimmed out and ready to hang siding. That’s the easy part . Taking a lunch break and starting the other side of the sliding door.

Part showed, wrong part.

Exhausted today fellas… got nowhere near done what I wanted to. Spent most of the day installing a new doggie door and getting it framed in and trimmed. What a pain in the ass. Got all my stuff put away except the house wrap weather barrier. After the sun goes down I’ll put a couple of sheets up just to keep everything dry. I’ll have to get back on it next weekend. I just don’t have the damn energy or strength to do anything more. Getting old sucks.

Took my youngest daughter out clothes shopping and she wanted to go to the Outback for dinner for her birthday. She had the filet Mignon, wife had the grilled salmon, and I ate Lobster tails, taters and and drank a frosty mug of brew. Good day. Nice to relax other than the clothes shopping!
