Ps.I think I refrained from making an Adam's apple joke, when you first mentioned this, and was going to say how "even the drunks would know you were trans". So please accept the absence of a concerned post, as confirmation that I didn't want to be a horrible person, and fought the urge, should you have gone down with sepsis. Get better soon.
