It can. When you go into spring in a drought it is hard to catch up, especially when the temps are warmer than normal. But as far as long term of how the weather will be, to me it's a guessing game. I've seen it go all sorts of ways. dry spring/wet summer. dry spring/dry summer, hot spring/cool summer, wet spring/dry summer, wet spring/wet summer. Im sure there is data on it. To me it's a crap shoot and I almost always err on the side of expect a drought.Good morning everyone.
Out of curiosity, does a warm or cold spring mean much to you as far as how the wet or hot growing season will be?
