The new and improved Good Morning thread!

Sorry you feel this way, Fren. I get that way too when watching the national media reports. I try to localize my attention until I feel better. By that, I mean that Fox, CNN, ABC, CBS & NBC are turned off for awhile. I go to my local news and if that doesn't help, I talk to my family and friends. When they suck, I concentrate on my own self betterment and how that will help me take care of my family if SHTF.

PM me if you need to work through some shit. I'm a terrible counselor, but a wonderful comedian( inside my mind anyway.)
Dude, this is your greatest post ever. Thanks Boss, but I'm not the type to off myself, I'd first take a shotgun and go for a drive to Hollywood via Washington DC ;)

I'mma break down my responses out of order:

"I'd first take a shotgun and go for a drive to Hollywood via Washington DC"
Grab me first, we'll tee it up.

"I'm not the type to off myself"
I would never suggest such, but it's okay to work through it with frens & family. I do.

"Dude, this is your greatest post ever."
Au contraire moi fren

Dad told me not to worry about things you cannot control and that the only thing I can control is my own action. He also used to look at me and just shake his head ... my therapist has the same habit, isn't that odd?

I have always preached to my kids that, "the only person in this world, who's actions you can control, are your own." Apply that appropriately.
