Came down out of the attic to take a break. Damn that hot work! Float switch on the condensate drip pan was not working which is what caused the unit to shut off. I’ve got it working again but will have to replace the switch. They don’t carry it at Lowe’s so I had to order it.That means another damn trip up in the attic!

My drain pipe that goes outside clogs up every now and then and It cuts my unit off,, I have to go out and put the shop vac over the pipe and wrap my hand around it to get a seal,

We use an air nozzle and wet rag. If it is easily accessible, pour about a cup of white vinegar down it every month or so.
