Courtland Ford to Kentucky @MarineUKFan y’all are getting a good one. Hated seeing Ford go in the portal.
Ford primarily played RT but he’s versatile also played LT and guard. Very athletic , extremely hard worker and has great character. Great pick up for UKIs he a RT? We really needed one if so. LT wouldn't be too bad, but we're pretty decent on that side.
SC added a lot of size and skill on the DL Lucas, Barrs and Sullivan have been great. But Bear is seriously impressive. Cobb was a major piece at LB along with Tackett Curtis he’s going to be special imo doesn’t look like a freshman. Excited to see what the defense looks like this seasonGame changer. He's literally a bear on the DL.
Hope he stays healthy!Courtland Ford to Kentucky @MarineUKFan y’all are getting a good one. Hated seeing Ford go in the portal.

Losing WR Keon Coleman would be a punch to the nuts. He could be drafted in the 1st with the trajectory he’s on. Definitely our best offensive player.@Shower Fart

Michigan State football loses Payton Thorne, Keon Coleman to transfer portal; questions arise for Mel Tucker
Michigan State's mountain to climb in the Big Ten East Division just got a bit higher.247sports.com
. Thanks!Rumors are that Auburn may get both.Losing WR Keon Coleman would be a punch to the nuts. He could be drafted in the 1st with the trajectory he’s on. Definitely our best offensive player.
Losing QB Payton Thorne (a 2 year starter) would be…whatever. He was outplayed in spring by Noah Kim with 3 years of eligibility left, higher ceiling, etc. Problem is, he only weighs 185, and the backups would be a RS freshman and a true freshman.
I’d prefer that Thorne stayed as a back up, but WOTS is he wants assurances that the job is his. If true, he can gtfo.
Coleman though, that would be a major loss.
I‘m hoping that we don’t become a farm system for the SEC.
Btw, tell Penix he still has a few hours to enter the portal, and also convince him to come to. Thanks!
Rumors are that Auburn may get both.
There are some rumors regarding Coleman and SC. But I don’t see it SC picked up Pregnon from Wyoming to replace an Oline slot. I’m not sure they can take another player without another player leaving. Their roster is pretty packed and WR really isn’t a need.Rumors are that Auburn may get both.
Not that I want Auburn to poach Coleman, but you don’t want to try to get both.Rumors are that Auburn may get both.
WR just got drafted in the 2nd round, a bit higher than his production last year would indicate…mock drafts had him a bit lower. But he had a great Senior Bowl and combine…with someone other than Thorne throwing to him.
staff is trying to get Coleman to stay, while Thorne was given thanks for his contributions and best wishes to his future.Been meaning to ask what is going on for Mich St? Feels like the wheels are falling off someNot that I want Auburn to poach Coleman, but you don’t want to try to get both.
Rumors in EL are that schools had been in Coleman’s ear about Thorne hurting his production and draft stock for the last few weeks. So he was hitting the ole port hole. Then, on Sunday, Thorne decided to enter as well, and Coleman had 2nd thoughts. But, both are in now, and Coleman gets to see what’s out there.

Thorne talked to Mel Tucker after spring camp, looking for assurances that he’s the starter. He was told the QB competition will remain open thru fall camp. So he hit the port hole too.

Hard to say for sure. The 2021season had every bounce go our way and 2022 was the opposite.Been meaning to ask what is going on for Mich St? Feels like the wheels are falling off some
If true, I hope he gets an honest assessment of how he’ll be used. He wants to be WR1 and make the jump to the NFL next year. FML.
I also hate Auburn, but I don't notice them much. 15-3 since 2006 makes them as irrelevant as GT to my Dawgs. In that same time span, Auburn is literally the equivalent of the 15-3 record that GT has versus my Dawgs. I got a dollar that says Bama loses to Auburn this year. Y'all are past due for another fuckup and you ain't got no QB.I HATE Auburn. FUCK!!!
