We've got another week.

I'll be at about 35 ft in my climber. I've used the same tree for 16 years and get a little higher each year as the adjacent swamp tree I use for cover grows.

I don't sit on the feeders/food plots, but damn all the plots look like golf courses.
 
Good morning folks. I hit the lease right after daylight to finish up feeders and ground blinds.

I popped a 150 lb pig coming out and he's now quartered and bleeding out in a cooler.

My neighbor will have some sausage soon. She's tough as nails, sweet as a peach, good to me, and her late husband was a Colonial in the Army.

That gave me a chuckle.

I'd be typing for half an hour if I went into detail about her.

As soon as I get the smoker rocking I'm going to use the custom ramps her husband built to change my pappy's oil. These things could support a tank and she gave them to me.
 
Been up since 2:30. I don’t know what had my pups agitated last night but they were restless as hell and woke me up at least a dozen times . I finally said to hell with it and got up. It’s going to be a long day. Welcome to Monday. At least I’m working from home today. There might be a nap in my future lol! Keep the coffee coming today!
