"Louisville is hanging a coaches poll banner. A banner for the coaches poll. A banner to forever commemorate a season in which unspeakable things were done in the team facility. Things that defied gravity and put the university on probation.

This banner will go in place of the one that was removed for impersonating a real NCAA championship, a sad reminder high in the Yum! Center sky that you shouldn’t outsource some of your recruiting responsibilities to strippers. Most, if not all places of education were already aware of this but Louisville’s gotta Louisville and it cost a really good basketball team its wins.

And honestly, some of the individuals on that team, guys like Russ Smith, Peyton Siva, and Luke Hancock, deserve better than to walk out in front of the empty seats as three-win Louisville loses to Clemson this Saturday

But the banner’s still hilarious.

New Mexico State suspends men's basketball program indefinitely over multiple reported hazing incidents

The New Mexico State men's basketball team has had its operations suspended indefinitely, the program announced Friday night.

A statement released by NM SU explicitly states that the decision was based on allegations entirely separate from "the events that took place in Albuquerque," in which forward Mike Peake was reportedly involved in a fatal shooting.

#21 San Diego St. escapes unranked Fresno St. 45-43 (you read that right)
UK still on the bubble with a 3 pt win over Miss St.
#7 Virginia squeaks by Lousiville (3-23) by just 3 points.

And of course, #10 UTn blasted #1 Bama 68-59. There have been 8 #1's this season, soon to break a record with 9 #1's in a season. March madness going to be madness.
