One of the biggest things in the women's championship game is will the refs let them foul without calling it or will they maintain control of the game. If it's rough the game absolutely won't be a win for Iowa

I think most UK fans are happy about this. The game has passed him by. He will still get top recruits and the crazy pressure will not be there at ARK. Glad both parties could separate amicably.

Im sure Dan Hurley is on the radar, he signed a six year deal this year with Uconn worth 32 mil. UK could double that if they wanted with not owing Cal 32 mil, but not sure what his buyout would be (improbable). Nate Oats is probably also on the radar. Mark Few may not be out of the conversation. Shaka Smart may also be in the conversation, could probably get him on the cheap.

Here is the thing. Cal is #2 in top paid coached @ 8.5 mil a year, falling under Self at 9.6 mil, and above Izzo at 6.2 mil. Cal has a fat salary, gets the best recruits (usually #1 or #2 recruiting classes), top facilities with crazy fans and a blue blood program and still cant get it done in the SEC Tourney or NCAA Tourney (failing miserably and in embarrassing fashion over the past several years). He was basically told to change "or else." He aint doing that. He has had all the money and tools at UK to be successful, yet he fails. Its crazy that UK players suddenly become all-stars when they hit the NBA after nothing to show for it at UK. He will bring excitement at ARK, just dont expect him to win anything big.
