Oh, that's called Hell Roaring Creek. It get's a lot more vertical than where that picture was taken from. It's in the Sawtooth Wilderness Area.

only 18 oil n gas exploratory wells
drilled in the county -
(all dry holes)
startin in 1947,
some really deep over 10,000 ft -
Hunt Oil drilled an 18,505 ft well in 1983
out by Table Butte -
i may look for the log or scout ticket
just for fun -
