Yes sir, tri tips. As for specifics, I’ll have to get info from my older boy. I was at his place when I took photo.

You guy are the pros. I screw up Costco hotdogs, but my boy luckily has taken to grilling. Puts his dad to shame, which isn’t hard but makes me proud.
