Cliff notes from this video: Those "tic-tacs" and such are actually anti-gravity drones funded by a global deep state (aka Kabul) and made by the major miltary suppliers (Skunk Works, ect), but do not answer to any government. Real UFO's are inter-dimensional, not physical beings/ships (see Battle of Los Angeles, where bullets went right through the disc shaped objects). The global deep state is trying to control us with fear of a fake alien invasion using these high tech drones. The guy says we will see planes being shot down by these man-made drones and the attacks will be blamed on a UFO threat. Man-made sounds more legit than an Independence Day movie!
