Good morning. Quarantine sucks. That is all.
Whatever muscle that controls my knee is not waking up very fast. My physical therapy guy says it can take awhile because the tourniquet they put on sometimes pinches the nerves and they have problems getting the signals through. Today I was able to finally lift my foot an inch with my knee, but until it wakes up there isn't much stability. Grrrrr. I've got stuff to do, I can't be waiting on this shit.
Best of luck and I hope it heals quickly for you.Whatever muscle that controls my knee is not waking up very fast. I never did get full feeling in my leg. The front of my lower leg still tingles once in a while. Be patient, do your therapy, and keep working it. They laid your leg open like a filet, it will take time.Whatever muscle that controls my knee is not waking up very fast. @RTR...USN (ret) and @batchaps4me did you ever have your knee lock up after surgery? I was sitting in the chair went to get up and couldn't straighten it. Feels like something is caught on the back side. I've been working on it all afternoon but it won't unlock. Can't put weight on it. Rather painful
Thanks, go for it. Feels like a muscle thing on the backside of the knee towards the inside edge.I have no practical experience with your situation, but this sounds to me like a situation where you would want to warm up the area?? Like a hot compress or hot water bottle or something like that? Does it feel like a bone issue or a muscle issue? A neighbor of mine and his wife are both physical therapists and I can run this by one of them in the morning when I see them if ya like......
