Woke up this morning feeling a little “off”. Checked my BP it was 200/100. Took my pills, and now it’s back down to 128/78. Damn… getting old is not for pussies.

Just started on BP medication. Im just closing in on 45, went to the doc a few weeks ago, BP was 172/104. Never worried about that stuff before, but the PA and Dr sure got me that way

Day two of thirty of decaf coffee- Don't have enough energy to work on my manifesto. Everyone living in the house is carrying a pistol for some strange reason.

Kind of reminds me of one of my attempts to quit smoking. Initially, the wife was happy as hell! After a week, she came home and threw a carton at me !

Afternoon all. This new position has been keeping me busy, but less anxiety. The hours are different and Im more tired, but it has been a needed move. I did not know how miserable I was until after I switched.
