Good morning everyone. I am over my VA hissy fit stage, kind of. It takes about 5 years to have a case heard at the Board of Veteran Appeals but it looks like that is going to be the route I am going to take. I am going to talk to my attorney and find out some specifics but IF I am correct, once I appeal to the BVA that part of my claim is locked and cannot be reevaluated until the BVA rules, in about five years. I have won a case at the BVA once already.
It just so happens that I made certified copies of my entire medical record as I was being discharged and still have them. It also happens that I am able to file separate claims and somewhat keep them from being combined. If the bastards want to play paperwork games, let's play and now I want my turn at the plate. I am going to drown them in separate claims and make them chase the paperwork. And keep them in appeal for perpetuity. Let's see how they like being jerked around with a veteran willing to act just like the VA. Every meeting, every deadline, every action will be met by me with delay. Every time they get close to a decision, I will submit new evidence and make them start over.
