slaw dogs,, but here's the deal... I made some slaw,, with sugar and vinegar... good southern slaw... its in the fridge... the dogs are hot dog sized smoked sausage with a slit cut in them to accommodate a little slice of pepper jack cheese and the whole thing wrapped in bacon... got em on the smoker set at 250..
put some chicken breast on just cause,,, fuck its chicken...

This with steamed corn on the cob. I've tried corn on the cob boiled, grilled, microwaved, pretty much every way you can think and I stand by my guns in saying that if you steam a cob of corn for about 7-8 minutes, you will have the best cob of corn you can have.....

does a good job with the veggies,
retaining moisture,
but it runs hot,
and it increases the heat on the open side,
so ya gotta be careful,
with the meat -
